And by making each piece on demand we reduce waste, respect the production process, and pay special attention to detail, ensuring each piece is made to our standards and yours.

Our model is simple. One size, two lengths.

The robes come in a standard size designed to be comfortable and loose-fitting on most body types. When left open, the sides should fall straight down naturally.

Wearing the belt is optional. With it, the robe can be wrapped in numerous ways to accomplish different fits.

Our standard size, as shown on our models, is designed to fit most customers.

However, since our robes are made-to-order, we can accommodate specific requests. Just send us your measurements and we'll do the rest.

Please note all custom orders are final sale and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged.

WASHING

* Machine Wash: On a gentle cycle, at medium heat, always with like colors. On uncrowded loads or by itself is recommended.

* Hand Wash: With like colors, at medium temperature. Never wring, twist or scrub.

*Dry Clean: For a crisp, more structured look.

DRYING

* Tumble Dry: On low heat, then remove while slightly damp and lay flat.

* Air Dry: When damp, lay flat or hang on a smooth-edged hanger. Never hook or pin.

PRESSING:

* Iron: Only when slightly damp. If dry: Spray with water, or use a steam iron.

* Steaming: On a smooth-edged hanger, at medium heat.

Our robes are carefully hand-crafted on-demand.

Lead times may vary according to the volume of orders. Please be patient and rest assured: We are working hard to get your garment shipped out as quickly as possible while respecting our company’s values.

We accept returns and exchanges for standard-size robes within the first 30 days of delivery.

Unless defective, custom size orders are final sale.

Please be mindful that we cannot accept the return of used garments. Unless defective, all robes need to be returned like new. Upon receiving the order and assessing its condition, a full refund will be issued to the payment method used when placing the order.
